About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Relationship Executive to join our team and handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and booking conversions.

This is not just a telecalling role. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, building relationships, following up with potential customers, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Candidates with experience in the automotive industry, car detailing, automobile dealerships, premium auto services, or related businesses will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally.
- Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with leads generated through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Explain services, packages, pricing, offers, and perks clearly.
- Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed appointments and bookings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM or lead management system.




- Coordinate with the operations/service team to ensure smooth customer bookings.
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, business development, or tele-sales.
- Automotive industry experience is preferred, especially in:

- Car detailing

- Car dealerships

- PPF / ceramic coating

- Premium auto services

- Automobile sales or services
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and confidently explain services.
- Comfortable communicating through phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Sales-oriented with a strong focus on lead conversion.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Basic computer and CRM skills.
