Role Description The RPO Recruiter role at Triad Square InfoSec is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The RPO Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for client organizations, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for information security and related roles.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, posting job openings on relevant platforms, conducting initial interviews, and managing candidate pipelines. The role involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, supporting interview scheduling and feedback collection,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The RPO Recruiter will also contribute to improving recruitment strategies, building talent networks, and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management.
- Knowledge of IT and information security roles, terminology, and basic technical skill sets relevant to the cybersecurity domain.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and skilled networking platforms for talent acquisition.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Attention to detail, record-keeping, and process-oriented mindset for maintaining accurate recruitment documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant recruitment or HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in RPO, agency recruiting, or in-house recruiting for technology or security roles is preferred.
