Guide patients through the decision-making process for advanced robotic-assisted surgeries (such as uro-oncology, GI, gynecology, or joint replacements) by explaining procedural advantages, risks, and recovery timelines.

- Patient Education: Explain the clinical advantages of robot-assisted surgery (precision, minimal scarring, faster recovery) compared to conventional open or laparoscopic surgery.

- Informed Consent Support: Assist surgeons and clinical teams in addressing patient anxieties, answering technical queries, and ensuring proper documentation and consent forms are completed.

- Pre- & Post-Operative Coordination: Coordinate with administrative, nursing, and surgical teams to streamline patient scheduling, pre-op diagnostics,



and post-surgery follow-up pathways.

- Program Promotion & Liaison: Act as a single point of contact for patient inquiries regarding robotic surgery packages, hospital technology capabilities, and financial counseling/insurance mapping.

- Data Management: Maintain accurate tracking logs and counseling records for patient conversion rates, feedback, and clinical satisfaction metrics
