Saiph Business Solutions LLP, a professional practice of Cost Accountants and Chartered Accountants at Kavungal, Malappuram, is looking for an ROC Filing Head to lead our company and LLP secretarial compliance desk.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end ROC compliance for Private Limited Companies and LLPs on the MCA V3 portal
- Annual filings: AOC-4, MGT-7 / MGT-7A for companies; LLP Form 8 and Form 11 for LLPs
- Event-based filings: DIR-12, DIR-3 KYC, ADT-1, PAS-3, SH-7, MGT-14, INC-22, INC-20A, DPT-3, MSME-1, LLP Form 3 and Form 4
- Incorporation of Private Limited Companies (SPICe+) and LLPs (FiLLiP)
- Drafting board resolutions, minutes, notices, statutory registers and other secretarial documents
- Tracking due dates and maintaining a compliance calendar for all clients




- Coordinating with clients and team members, and guiding junior staff on ROC work

Qualification and Experience
- Company Secretary Inter (CS Executive) qualified
- Practical experience in ROC filings for Private Limited Companies and LLPs
- Working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and the LLP Act, 2008
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
