Job Summary

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented skilled to support operational processes, data management, reporting, and process improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage operational data, trackers, reports, and dashboards using MS Excel.
- Support Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Python, Copilot/GenAI, and other automation initiatives.
- Track tasks, timelines, SLAs, and operational deliverables.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and QA/QC activities.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
- Identify process gaps and support process improvement and automation initiatives.





Must-Have

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Insurance, Analytics, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Operations, Shared Services, Insurance/Underwriting Support, Risk Engineering Support, or similar roles.
- Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI / SharePoint / Power Automate / Python / Copilot or GenAI.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Good to Have

- Exposure to Commercial Insurance / Risk Engineering / Underwriting.
- Experience in data quality, QA/QC, process improvement, or automation.
- Experience working with global stakeholders.
