Job Title: Regional Manager - Baby Care Division Headquarters: Ludhiana

Territory: Punjab and Rajasthan

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a managerial sales role

Job Purpose We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage business operations for the Baby Care Division across Punjab and Rajasthan. The role requires solid team-handling capabilities and extensive travelling within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop the sales team across Punjab and Rajasthan.
- Drive regional sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and field support.
- Develop and implement territory-wise sales strategies.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and market penetration.
- Review sales performance, market trends,



competitor activities, and operational reports.
- Conduct regular market visits and joint fieldwork with team members.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company policies and processes.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial sales role with team-handling responsibilities.
- Experience in Baby Care, FMCG, Personal Care, OTC, Healthcare, or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Punjab and Rajasthan markets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Punjab and Rajasthan.
- The candidate should be based in or willing to relocate to Ludhiana.
