for Risk and Compliance Sr. Analyst:

1. Support the organizations risk management and compliance framework by effective risk assessment.

2. Implement controls to fix process gaps and monitor them for adherence

3. Work closely with business operations, Internal Audit, Information Security, Legal, Quality, and other stakeholders to strengthen the control environment and promote a culture of risk awareness and compliance.

4. Track corrective and preventive actions through closure.

5. Support implementation of current or revised compliance requirements.

6. Prepare periodic risk and compliance dashboards for management.

7. Support compliance and risk awareness initiatives.

8. Co-ordinate mandatory or refresher training programs where applicable.

9. Monitor training completion and follow up on outstanding requirements.

10. Promote awareness of organizational policies, controls, and compliance responsibilities.

11. Good working knowledge of basic AI tools

12. Strong written and verbal communication

13. Exposure to MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PPt)

14. Ability to communicate with global clients

15. Basic understanding of Geo level regulatory framework and Data Privacy requirements
