- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 01 years in retail sales; jewellery retail experience preferred/mandatory depending on the role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and sales-oriented approach.
- Positive knowledge or interest in jewellery products.
- Presentable with professional grooming.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and festive periods.
