Role - Manager Retail Sales

Location - Bangalore.

Industry Preference - Steel or Building material industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Own sales targets and drive growth across assigned territory
- Lead and manage DGO & Assistant Managers to deliver performance
- Expand and activate dealer/distributor network
- Drive platform adoption & digital transactions
- Build strong relationships with retailers, fabricators & contractors
- Track market trends, competition, and ensure execution excellence

Ideal Profile

- Experience in retail sales of downstream steel or B2B ecommerce (building materials)
- Proven team handling experience (field sales)
- Solid ownership, execution focus, and stakeholder management
