- Deliver a premium customer experience and build strong relationships with customers.

- Welcome customers and understand their needs, preferences, and requirements.

- Assist customers throughout their store journey and provide personalised product support.

- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

- Follow up with customers through calls and messages to drive repeat visits and customer engagement.

- Maintain accurate customer information and update CRM/customer databases regularly.

- Support the sales team in achieving sales, conversion, and customer service targets.

- Inform customers about new products, offers, promotions, and store activities.

- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.





- Maintain high standards of customer service, grooming, and store etiquette.

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or a similar role.

- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.

- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and maintaining customer records.

- Well-groomed, confident, and able to work in a premium retail workplace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
