Position Name : Retail Sales Executive

Qualification : Diploma / UG

Experience : 0 to 2 years

Location : T. Nagar,

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Direct customers service
2. Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
3. Ask customers what they are looking for
4. Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
5. Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
6. Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
7. Cross-sell products
8. Ensure racks are fully stocked

9. Manage returns of merchandise
10.



Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
11. Inform customers about discounts and special offers
12. Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
13. Stay up-to-date with recent products/services

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
