We are looking for a licensed, patient-centric Registered Pharmacist to lead dispensary operations and patient care services at our retail location. The ideal candidate will combine clinical dispensing precision with proactive OTC and nutraceutical advice, ensure compliance with Drugs and Cosmetics Act regulations, and deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Dispensing & Patient Counseling

- Verify, validate, and dispense prescription orders, actively checking for correct dosages, drug-drug interactions, contraindications, and potential allergies.
- Deliver transparent verbal medication counseling, advising patients on correct administration, storage protocols, potential side effects, and adherence habits.
- Advise walk-in patrons on minor ailments, OTC medications, and appropriate lifestyle/nutraceutical products while recognizing red-flag symptoms requiring physician referral.
- Monitor schedule drugs (Schedule H, H1, X) and maintain mandatory prescription registers and daily sales records in strict compliance with licensing mandates.

Inventory & Cold-Chain Management
- Supervise regular inventory audits, daily stock reconciliation, and stock rotation (strict FEFO/FIFO practices) to minimize expiries and damage.
- Maintain temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals within continuous cold-chain parameters (2°C–8°C),



recording twice-daily refrigerator logs.
- Coordinate stock procurement schedules with approved distributors and vendors to prevent out-of-stock situations on essential chronic care lines.

Store Operations & Compliance
- Maintain valid registration credentials displayed prominently on-premises in accordance with Delhi State Pharmacy Council / statutory guidelines.
- Supervise support staff (pharmacy assistants/cashiers) to ensure speed of service, billing accuracy, and professional store presentation.
- Manage POS billing systems, reconcile daily shift cash/digital collections, and generate daily sales reports.
- Maintain clean, organized dispensing benches, organized shelving partitions, and clean clinical service areas.

Candidate Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a PCI-recognized institution.
- Licensure: Active Pharmacist Registration Certificate issued by the Delhi Pharmacy Council (or valid transferable State Council registration).
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of retail community pharmacy experience. Fresh graduates with strong clinical acumen and an active license are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with pharmacy management/billing software (e.g., Marg ERP, POS software) and basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, digital billing).
