We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Retail Sales Advisor to join our retail team. The role involves assisting customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively.
- Process sales transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain product displays, merchandising standards,



and overall store appearance.
- Support promotional campaigns, recent product launches, and in-store activities.
- Follow company policies related to sales, cash handling, customer service, and store operations.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

Qualification: Plus two/Any degree

Experience: Min 1 year in sales

Location: Lulu mall, Lucknow

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
