Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Location: Nagercoil, Tamilnadu

Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 per month

Job type: Full time

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage service operations.
- Manage and guide service staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Allocate duties and coordinate staff during shifts.
- Ensure proper customer service and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and service.
- Monitor table arrangements, cleanliness, and overall dining area standards.
- Check stock availability and coordinate with the concerned team for replenishment.
- Maintain proper discipline and ensure staff follow company policies and procedures.




- Support the manager in achieving daily operational and customer-service targets.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures and prepare basic daily reports when required.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Train and support new team members when required.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, food service, or F&B; operations is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Candidates with relevant hospitality/F&B; experience can apply.
