Roles and Responsibilities

- Customer Service

Greet guests politely, guide them to tables, present menus, and ensure they feel welcomed throughout their dining experience.
- Order Taking & Service

Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate them clearly to the kitchen, and serve dishes and drinks in a timely manner.
- Table Management

Set up tables before service, maintain cleanliness during service, and reset tables after guests leave.
- Food & Beverage Assistance

Assist in basic food preparation, beverage preparation, and ensure correct presentation before servings.
- Guest Satisfaction

Handle guest requests, solve minor complaints professionally. Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Freelance, Permanent, Volunteer, Contractual / Temporary, Fresher
