Restaurant Manager
Location: Thoraipakkam, OMR, Chennai
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Lead, train and supervise restaurant staff
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service and hygiene
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints
- Monitor sales, inventory and daily expenses
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
- Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant functioning
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality management preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations
- Customer-focused and responsible
- Ability to manage a fast-paced work environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
