Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership and communication skills, be able to manage staff effectively, maintain high service standards, and ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the restaurant’s day-to-day operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, shift allocation, and daily work responsibilities.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and overall service standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and health regulations.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers when required.
- Minimize food wastage and control operational costs.
- Handle cash, billing, daily sales reports, and basic financial records.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Check restaurant cleanliness, ambience, equipment, and maintenance.
- Handle staff issues and resolve operational problems efficiently.
- Support promotional activities and help increase customer satisfaction and restaurant sales.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.




- Ensure the restaurant opens and closes according to company procedures.
- Take responsibility for overall restaurant performance during assigned shifts.

Requirements

- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic knowledge of inventory, billing, sales, and cost control.
- Ability to work versatile shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Candidates with experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, or Shift Manager are encouraged to apply.

Education: Minimum 12th pass, graduate candidates preferred. Experience: 1-5 years in restaurant/hospitality operations preferred.

Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Rest Break: 2 hours during the shift

Total Active Working Hours: 10 hours per day

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be professional, well-organized, confident in managing people, comfortable interacting with customers, and capable of taking responsibility for the restaurant’s daily operations. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
