Role & responsibilities

1. Operational Management

- Ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet in accordance with company SOPs.
- Maintain operational efficiency by identifying and resolving process bottlenecks.
- Monitor outlet infrastructure and facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

2. Sales & Profitability

- Drive sales targets and maximize revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Analyze sales trends and implement action plans to improve store performance.
- Monitor key financial metrics including P&L;, cost control, and gross margins.

3. Team Training & Development

- Train and onboard new team members in product knowledge, customer service, and SOPs.
- Conduct regular refresher training to ensure team skill enhancement and policy compliance.
- Motivate, coach, and mentor the team to achieve individual and outlet performance goals.

4. Team Scheduling & Management

- Prepare and manage weekly duty rosters ensuring optimal staffing during peak hours.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

5. Inventory & Stock Control

- Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stock-out or overstock situations.
- Conduct regular stock audits and manage discrepancies.




- Ensure timely stock replenishment and adherence to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices.

6. Customer Experience

- Ensure a customer-first culture by providing exceptional service and quick resolution of complaints.
- Monitor customer feedback and take corrective actions to improve service delivery.
- Maintain store ambiance, hygiene, and product display standards to enhance customer satisfaction.

7. Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.

Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance across all operational areas.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in a retail/outlet managerial role.
- Robust understanding of retail operations, sales, and inventory systems.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
