Role & Responsibilities
- Manage overall restaurant operations and achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the store team to deliver strong business performance.
- Ensure food quality, customer service, hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, manpower, cash, and operational costs.
- Drive customer satisfaction, business growth, and overall operational excellence.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate preferred with 5+ years of experience in QSR/Restaurant operations.
- Candidates with prior RGM/Restaurant Manager experience will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, and business acumen.
- Excellent communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with rotational shifts.
