Papparoti | HiLITE Business Park, Calicut

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and responsible Restaurant Captains to join our team for the upcoming Papparoti outlet at HiLITE Business Park, Calicut.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise service staff during daily operations
- Ensure smooth and efficient table service
- Welcome and assist customers professionally
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen
- Ensure timely and correct food & beverage service
- Maintain cleanliness, grooming & service standards
- Handle basic customer queries and feedback
- Coordinate with the Floor Manager and kitchen team
- Support training and guidance of service staff
- Assist with opening & closing procedures

Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years’ experience in QSR / Café / Restaurant / Bakery / F&B;
- Previous experience as a Captain / Senior Service Staff preferred




- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Valuable understanding of restaurant service procedures
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work weekends & holidays when required
