Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Captain to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the service team, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, maintaining service standards, and providing excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate restaurant service staff.
- Ensure smooth and effective table service.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain service quality, hygiene, grooming, and discipline standards.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager, Kitchen, and other departments.
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service readiness.
- Guide and support Waiters and other service team members.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.




- Maintain good guest relationships and overall dining experience.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Waiter.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant service procedures.
- Positive attitude and good customer-service skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
