Prashanthi Eerapuram is hiring a full-time Resort Manager for Twyla Farms and Resorts in Lemoor, near Tukkuguda, Hyderabad.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month

Work arrangement: Full time, on-site

Role overview

We are looking for an energetic, creative and technology-comfortable professional who is eager to learn, take ownership and improve how the resort operates and grows. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior experience is useful but not mandatory; attitude, communication, initiative and the ability to understand systems are important.

Key responsibilities

- Manage resort enquiries, reservations and bookings
- Build strong guest relationships and support a positive guest experience
- Follow up on enquiries and improve booking conversions
- Support sales, lead generation and business development
- Conduct market and competitor research




- Track social media trends and suggest relevant promotional ideas
- Use technology and online tools effectively
- Coordinate with the internal team and improve systems, processes and reporting

Candidate requirements

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills
- Good understanding of technology, the internet and social media
- Organised, creative, proactive and eager to learn
- Willingness to take responsibility and go the extra mile
