Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Resort Booking Manager to manage room and event bookings, handle guest enquiries, and maximize booking opportunities. The candidate should have robust communication, sales, and reservation-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage room, event, banquet, and resort booking enquiries.
- Handle enquiries through calls, emails, and online channels.
- Explain room categories, packages, facilities, and pricing.
- Follow up with prospective guests and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments regarding reservations.




- Maintain accurate booking records and reservation systems.
- Handle cancellations, modifications, and special guest requests.
- Develop relationships with travel agents and corporate clients.
- Monitor occupancy and booking status.
- Prepare booking and sales reports.
