About the Role

We are looking for a Research & Data Executive to support our Sales and Business Development Team by identifying potential customers, researching companies and decision makers, and maintaining accurate and verified prospect data.

The role involves prospect research, data collection, verification, database management, and lead qualification. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, a quick learner, and comfortable working with online research and data management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers based on defined ICP, industry, country, and company size.
- Research company details, services, website, business activity, and potential requirements.
- Identify decision makers and collect name, designation, LinkedIn, email, and phone where available.
- Identify buying signals such as expansion, hiring, new projects, outsourcing, or market entry.
- Verify and maintain accurate prospect data in CRM/Excel.




- Remove duplicates and regularly update existing database.
- Categorize prospects as Hot / Warm / Cold.
- Pass qualified prospects to Sales and update lead status based on Sales feedback.

- Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other online research platforms
- Ability to find, verify, organize, and maintain information from different sources
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with the Sales Team
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Compensation
- Freshers: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Final compensation will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.
