Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for issues related to generators and electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using diagnostic tools and software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
- Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a timely manner.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in a similar role providing remote technical support for industrial equipment or machinery.
- Robust understanding of generators, electrical draftsman principles, and data center operations.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.
