- Strong attention to detail — accuracy in contract data and opportunity processing is the core job
- Organized and process-driven — comfortable working through high-volume, repeatable workflows with precision
- Clear written communication — this role communicates internally, not with customers
- Ability to work independently and manage a queue of assigned accounts without close supervision
- SaaS workplace experience preferred; understanding of subscription billing, ARR, and contract terms is an advantage
- Salesforce and CPQ experience
- Familiarity with Ironclad or similar contract platforms
- Background in SaaS renewals or subscription operations
