A Desktop Support Engineer maintains, diagnoses, and repairs end-user computing hardware, software, and network connections to keep employees productive.
Core Responsibilities
- Hardware & Peripherals Setup: Install, configure, and fix desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, and mobile devices.
- Software & OS Maintenance: Deploy operating system images (Windows/macOS), apply patch updates, and manage standard business applications via tools like SCCM or Microsoft Intune.
- User & Access Management: Create and manage user accounts, reset passwords, unlock accounts, and configure permissions in Active Directory.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
