Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with students, families, and institutional partners. In this position, the individual will provide personalized counselling on study abroad options and healthcare career pathways, clarify admission and visa processes, and guide clients through each stage of their application journey. Day-to-day tasks include conducting consultations, responding to inquiries, updating clients on application status,



coordinating with internal teams for documentation and admissions, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience.

The Relationship

Manager will also assist in organizing events and information sessions, collect feedback to improve services, and contribute to business growth through professional, trustworthy interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience in counselling, customer service, or client-facing roles, ideally in education, overseas consultancy, or healthcare sectors.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases, follow up on documentation, and meet timelines.
- Basic knowledge of international education systems, admissions, visas, or willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Proficiency in English; additional regional or foreign language skills are an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, email, and office productivity software to manage client records and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in counselling, management, education, or healthcare-related fields are preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment in Kochi and maintain a professional, inclusive approach with all clients.
