- Manage and develop long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Identify current business opportunities through networking and market outreach.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable hotel/casino solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned business and relationship management targets.
