Role Description The Regional Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for overseeing regional operations, ensuring smooth implementation of Botree’s solutions across assigned territories, and supporting partners and clients with day-to-day coordination. Typical responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, preparing and maintaining regional reports, coordinating with internal product, sales, and support teams, and assisting in resolving operational and distribution-related issues.

The Regional

Coordinator will also schedule and follow up on regional meetings, support training or onboarding activities for local stakeholders,



and ensure timely communication of updates, risks, and opportunities to management. The role involves close collaboration with clients and field teams to maintain high service quality and consistent execution of Botree’s business processes.

Qualifications

- Strong regional operations and coordination skills, including stakeholder management, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and prepare clear summaries.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, internal teams, and field staff.
- Good organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple regional activities and deadlines.
- Comfort with business software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or distribution management systems) and willingness to learn new platforms.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience in FMCG, distribution management, sales operations, or retail execution coordination is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel within the region as required.
