Role Description The Recruiter Intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities for Iklavya’s programs and internal roles in a full-time, in office position based in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications and resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.

The intern will assist in conducting telephonic and in-person interviews, support campus and community outreach initiatives, and help organize recruitment events. The role also involves updating recruitment trackers, collaborating with training and operations teams to understand hiring needs,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

The Recruiter

Intern will gain hands-on exposure to talent acquisition processes in a fast-paced, mission-driven workplace.

Qualifications

- Robust interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources, with a willingness to learn end-to-end hiring processes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and Hindi, and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), and comfort using recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media for sourcing.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in maintaining records, schedules, and candidate tracking.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior internship or project experience in recruitment, HR, or community outreach is an advantage but not mandatory.
