Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding candidates.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidates.

- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Handle job postings, applicant tracking, and database management.
