About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and ambitious Human Resources Recruiter to join our Hyderabad team.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their HR/recruitment career who wants to build strong experience in US and India recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, and end-to-end hiring.

You will not be limited to basic resume screening. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership and gradually take ownership of recruitment requirements, from understanding the role to sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer coordination, and onboarding.

What You Will Do

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across India and the USA.
- Understand hiring requirements and work directly with hiring managers to define the right candidate profile.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals,



professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations/interviews.
- Assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, role fit, and overall suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
- Maintain an active and organized candidate pipeline.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a professional candidate experience.
- Support offer discussions, documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and recruitment metrics.
- Build talent pipelines for frequently hired technology, marketing, and business roles.
- Learn and apply different sourcing strategies for US and Indian talent markets.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms.

What We Are Looking For
- MBA / PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 0–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Candidates with exposure to US recruitment / international recruitment will have an advantage.
- Robust communication skills, especially written and spoken English.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and conducting initial screening calls.
- Good understanding of sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals,



social media, and referrals.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions at the same time.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, ATS or recruitment tools, and basic recruitment reporting.
- Positive attitude, ownership, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad in a fast-paced environment.
