About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring and sales recruitment, with the ability to manage high-volume hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and sales hiring mandates
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire
- Maintain a solid pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements
- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT,



offer-to-join ratio, etc.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus/field hiring drives if required

Key Requirements:

- 15 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in bulk and sales hiring
- Proven ability to handle high-volume hiring under tight deadlines
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with ATS and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in real estate, BFSI, or high-growth startups is a plus
- Exposure to field hiring or campus hiring drives
