Role Description

This is a remote, commission-based Recruiter role at THEARNPRENEUR. You will help us find and onboard motivated people for our digital learning ecosystem. Your work includes:

- Reaching out to potential candidates through social media, WhatsApp, and online communities
- Having conversations with interested people and explaining the chance clearly and honestly




- Screening interested candidates and scheduling their onboarding or induction sessions
- Keeping track of leads and follow-ups
- Coordinating with the team to make sure every candidate gets a smooth, positive experience

Compensation This is a performance-based, commission-only role. There is no fixed monthly salary. You earn a commission of upto 10,000 for every successful candidate you bring on board. The more you recruit, the more you earn, and there is no upper limit on your earnings.

Who Can Apply

- Anyone aged 18 years or above
- Good communication skills (Hindi and/or English)
- Comfortable talking to people online and over calls
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently from home
- Willing to learn. No prior experience or degree required
