What You Will Do For priority technology openings, you will research:

- recruiters
- technical recruiters
- hiring managers
- engineering managers
- senior engineering managers
- relevant directors
- team members where required

You will also:
- create advanced LinkedIn and Google search queries
- research the likely team behind a job opening
- study recent hires into similar positions
- research approximate salary ranges by:
- company
- role
- level
- location




- research companies that accept:
- 90-day notice
- 60-day notice
- 45-day notice
- 30-day notice
- identify possible employee referral routes
- prepare accurate contact/research information for our relationship team
- maintain structured company intelligence databases

- enjoys detective-style internet research
- can search beyond the first Google result
- is comfortable using LinkedIn extensively
- can work with large spreadsheets
- can verify information from multiple sources
- does not guess when information is unavailable
- enjoys finding people and understanding organisations
