Telecaller

We are looking for a confident, persuasive Telecaller with prior real estate experience and fluent spoken English to handle customer enquiries, qualify leads, and support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and handle incoming enquiries.

- Explain project offerings, location advantages, pricing, and payment plans accurately.

- Understand customer requirements, budgets, and purchase timelines.

- Follow up with leads and schedule sales meetings and site visits.

- Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in the CRM.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.

- Work towards assigned calling, lead qualification, and appointment targets.





Mandatory Requirements

- Previous telecalling or telesales experience in real estate.

- Fluent spoken English with clear pronunciation and solid communication skills.

- Ability to communicate confidently in Hindi.

- Strong persuasion, listening, and customer-handling skills.

- Understanding of real estate sales and lead follow-up processes.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

- Professional telephone etiquette and a target-oriented approach.

Salary: Based on experience and interview performance.
