Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Executive to manage property sourcing, client interactions, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with clients and brokers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source residential and commercial properties as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, developers, and channel partners.
- Conduct property visits, site inspections, and client meetings.
- Negotiate rental, leasing, and purchase agreements.
- Maintain property databases, documentation, and records.
- Track market trends, property rates, and investment opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.




- Prepare reports and update management on property-related activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate, Property Management, or Real Estate Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the Noida/Delhi NCR real estate market.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and documentation management.
- Ability to work independently and handle field visits.
