Role Description
Executive Support & Coordination
Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the CEO.
Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure optimal time management.
Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
Documentation & Communication




Draft, review, and prepare official letters, emails, reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company and personal information.
Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written and verbal communications.
Translate executive instructions into transparent communication for teams and departments.
Meeting & Event Management
Organize, coordinate, and follow up on board meetings, leadership reviews, and external engagements.
Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentation decks for meetings.
Record, distribute, and track action items from meetings to ensure timely follow-ups.
Support in planning corporate events, conferences, and high-level business gatherings.
Travel & Logistics
Arrange domestic and international travel plans including tickets, accommodation, visa processing, and local transport.
