Role Description The R&D; Executive (Paints) will work full time on-site in Gurugram, contributing to the development and improvement of paint formulations and related products. Daily responsibilities include conducting research on raw materials and coatings technologies, designing and executing laboratory experiments, and analyzing test results to optimize product performance, durability, and safety.

The role involves maintaining detailed documentation of trials, preparing technical reports, and collaborating with production, quality, and sales teams to support scale-up and commercialization of current products. The R&D; Executive will also monitor industry trends, regulatory requirements,



and customer feedback to propose enhancements and ensure that products meet market and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Research and Development (R&D;) and Research skills, with experience in paints, coatings, or related chemical products.
- Candidates should possess well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate test results, and solve technical problems in product development.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to prepare clear technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Laboratory Skills, including safe handling of chemicals, use of lab instruments, and adherence to testing protocols.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
