Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
- Handle denial management by identifying root causes of denials and implementing strategies for reduction.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as hospital administration, coding, and patient access to resolve complex billing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Robust knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including denial handling and management.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over the phone.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity.
