:

Johns Systems LLP is hiring Quantity Surveyors Civil with 2 to 10 years of experience, preferably having solid knowledge of Quantity Surveying practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review BOQ, quantity take-offs and cost estimates

- Prepare rate analysis and cost comparisons

- Handle measurement, valuation and interim payment applications

- Prepare and evaluate variations and claims

- Assist with final accounts and project cost control

- Review drawings, specifications and contract documents

- Coordinate with Project, Design, Procurement and Client teams

- Ensure proper commercial and quantity documentation throughout the project

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of International QS practices

- Experience in Civil Quantity Surveying





- Knowledge of FIDIC / international construction contracts will be an advantage

- Good understanding of BOQ, Take-off, Estimation, Rate Analysis, Variations, Claims and Valuation

- Experience in GCC / Middle East / International projects is preferred

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant QS software

Eligibility:

- Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying qualification

- 2–10 years of relevant experience

- Candidates with International / GCC QS exposure are preferred

- Immediate joiners are preferred
