Quantity Surveyor (QS) – High-Rise Construction

Location: Kandi, Sangareddy, near IIT Hyderabad

Experience: 3–7 Years

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our high-rise residential construction project.

Key Responsibilities

- Quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation
- Estimation and costing of civil/construction works
- Preparation and verification of contractor/subcontractor bills
- Rate analysis and cost comparison
- Material quantity calculations and reconciliation
- Preparing RA bills and variation statements
- Monitoring project costs against budgets
- Coordination with site engineers, contractors and vendors
- Maintaining measurement sheets and QS documentation
- Supporting procurement and project teams with cost-related data





Required Experience 3–7 years of relevant experience.

High-rise building construction experience is mandatory.

Candidates should have practical QS experience in multi-storey/high-rise residential or commercial construction projects.

Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Preferred Skills

AutoCAD, MS Excel, BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, billing, rate analysis and construction drawings.

Candidates without high-rise construction experience may not be considered.
