Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Head Office

Industry: Infrastructure / Construction

Experience: 0-3 Years

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates based on drawings and specifications.
- Handle preparation and verification of RA bills (Running Account Bills) and final bills.
- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Conduct rate analysis for various construction activities.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and track variations and extra items.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and procurement teams.
- Evaluate subcontractor bills and certify payments.
- Maintain proper documentation for contracts, bills, and cost reports.
- Assist in tendering process including cost estimation and bid preparation.




- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and cost control techniques
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software
- Good understanding of BOQ preparation and rate analysis
- Familiarity with contracts, tendering, and billing procedures
- Solid analytical and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in infrastructure projects such as roads, highways, airports.
- Knowledge of FIDIC or other standard contract conditions (added advantage)
- Experience in handling subcontractor billing and client billing
