We are looking for experienced construction quality inspectors specialising in welding, coating & insulation, and NDT inspection for FPSO construction projects. Candidates should have strong QA/QC inspection experience in offshore oil & gas, marine, shipbuilding, or FPSO environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform welding, coating, insulation, and NDT inspections.
- Verify compliance with project specifications, approved procedures, and international standards.
- Review WPS, PQR, WQR, ITPs, inspection reports, and quality records.
- Witness and perform UT, RT, MT, PT, VT, coating, and insulation inspections.
- Raise NCRs, monitor corrective actions, and maintain quality documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, third-party inspectors, and construction teams.
- Ensure compliance with ASME, API, AWS, ISO, NACE, SSPC, and project requirements.
- Promote HSE compliance and safe working practices.

Qualification





- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Welding / Materials / NDT or related discipline.

Mandatory Certifications (Any Relevant Combination) Welding Inspectors

- CSWIP 3.1
- AWS CWI

Coating & Insulation Inspectors

- NACE Level I / II
- SSPC
- FROSIO
- ICORR

NDT Inspectors

- ASNT Level II / III
- PCN Level II / III
- UT / RT / MT / PT / VT Certifications

Experience Required

- Oil & Gas, Offshore, Marine, Shipbuilding or FPSO Projects.
- Fabrication Yard / Shipyard / Module Construction experience.
- Robust QA/QC inspection and quality documentation exposure.
- Experience handling NCRs and quality systems.
