- Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the quality of concrete and incoming raw materials.
- Carry out inspection and testing of RMC materials.
- Check quality of aggregates, cementitious materials, fly ash and admixtures.
- Monitor concrete mix quality as per approved mix design.
- Conduct required quality tests at plant and site.
- Maintain testing and quality-control records.
- Coordinate with batching plant, production and site teams.
- Attend customer / site quality issues when required.
- Monitor material quality before use in production.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.
- Prepare daily / weekly quality reports.
- Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification preferred.
- Knowledge of concrete technology will be advantageous.
- Practical experience in RMC quality / testing preferred.
- Should be comfortable travelling to project sites.
- Bike is compulsory for field / site visits.
