Role Description The Quality Inspector will be a part-time, on-site role based in Noida. The position is responsible for inspecting outgoing products, verifying quantities, and ensuring that materials meet the required specifications and quality standards.

The role will involve physically checking delivered materials, counting and verifying quantities against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices, inspecting products for visible defects or damage, and verifying dimensions and other applicable quality parameters.

The candidate will also maintain inspection records, identify and report quality or quantity discrepancies, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding issues, and ensure that products are properly verified before acceptance or dispatch.

Key responsibilities will include:





- Physically count and verify quantities received against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Verify outgoing quantities and products before dispatch to customers.
- Check dimensions, specifications, workmanship, and visible defects as applicable.
- Identify damaged, defective, or non-conforming materials and report discrepancies.
- Maintain basic inspection and quantity verification records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, production, warehouse, and dispatch teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Support management in maintaining consistent quality and accurate material control.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree / Graduation is mandatory.
- Previous experience in Quality Control, Quality Inspection, Warehouse, Stores, Inventory, Dispatch, or Manufacturing is preferred.
- Positive understanding of physical product inspection and quantity verification.
- Strong numerical and counting skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices, and product specifications.
- Basic knowledge of measurement tools and inspection methods.
- Basic computer knowledge, particularly MS Excel or Google Sheets, is preferred.
- Good communication skills and the ability to report discrepancies clearly.
- Candidates with experience in corrugated packaging, LDPE products, wooden pallets, or other manufacturing environments will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for accurate inspection and reporting.
