Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager with experience in CCTV / Electronics Manufacturing to manage quality systems, supplier quality, process audits, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and implement the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure incoming raw material and part quality through inspection.
- Conduct supplier/vendor audits and monitor supplier PPM and CAPA.
- Conduct process audits for SMT, Sub-Assembly, and Assembly.
- Ensure ESD compliance and conduct ESD audits.
- Ensure final product quality through PQC and FQC inspection before shipment.




- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve quality issues.
- Approve new models at PP and MP stages.
- Define process and part acceptance criteria.
- Review and approve Deviation / Relaxation Notes.
- Monitor ECR / ECN implementation.
- Drive improvement in customer complaints and RMA.
- Lead continuous quality improvement and Lean Management initiatives.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of QMS, Supplier Quality, Process Quality, and Product Quality.
- Experience in SMT, Assembly, Incoming Inspection, PQC/FQC, ESD, PPM, CAPA, and audits.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Experience in CCTV or electronics manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
