Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer/QA Engineer with mandatory Foundry Industry experience and 5-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Process Improvement, and Quality Management Systems.
- Foundry Experience
- CAPA Experience
- 5-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control
- Robust knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone
- Experience in QMS, ISO 9001, Customer Complaints & Audits
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive CAPA and quality improvement initiatives.
- Handle customer complaints and quality issues.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with QMS and quality standards.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and defects through continuous improvement.
