Role Description The Quality Control Officer is a full time, on-site role based at the Thomson Press facility in Faridabad. This role involves monitoring and inspecting printed materials and production processes to ensure they meet established quality standards and client specifications.

The Quality Control

Officer will conduct routine checks on materials, equipment, and finished products, document quality metrics, and report deviations or non-conformities. The role includes collaborating with production, maintenance,



and operations teams to implement corrective and preventive actions, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain compliance with internal and external quality requirements.

Officer will also assist in updating quality procedures, training team members on quality practices, and participating in audits and reviews to uphold Thomson Press’s commitment to consistent, high-quality output.

Qualifications

- Strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, with experience in establishing and following quality standards in a manufacturing or printing environment.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, diagnose root causes of defects, and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Effective Communication skills for clear reporting, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant Laboratory Skills or technical inspection skills for testing materials, inks, paper, and finished products using appropriate methods and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Printing Technology, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of ISO or similar quality management systems and familiarity with standard inspection and measurement tools.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.
- Prior experience in commercial printing or manufacturing quality roles is an advantage.
